Crystal is a proud native Houstonian who grew up in Sugar Land, TX, and has always had a deep love and appreciation for the diverse communities that make up this vibrant city. After completing her bachelor's degree in Biology, she worked as the Director of Office Operations in pediatric neurology for four years. Her experience in healthcare gave her a unique perspective on the importance of compassion, communication, and attention to detail.

Looking for a new challenge, Crystal transitioned into the real estate industry, working as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager for the top producing broker, Robyn Jones with NextHome Real Estate Place, for two years.
